An Omega (Ω)-shaped cooling duct ensures stable temperatures with even airflow, keeping cell differences below 5°C to prevent overheating and extend life. Its compact design minimises parts, while a nickel sampling board monitors voltage and temperature for reliability. A lightweight, recycled Glass Mat Thermoplastic composite enclosure enhances safety and cooling. Rigorous testing guarantees excellent thermal performance in a compact, durable solution.
